What do custom and personalized orders mean?
All dresses are made-to-order to fit you. It's important that you note your body measurements at checkout in the "Note to seller" box (last step after filling in other details). Instructions on body measurements are also on all listings.
If you want to change color or certain details (e.g. length, simple changes), we can customize it too - just let us know before placing the order via chat or contact form. Note: subject to materials' availability.

What sizes are available?
Please refer to the last image on all individual listings for the body measurements we need to make your custom sized dress.
Plus sizes (US 12 and up - EU 40 and up - AU/UK 14 and up) will incur extra charges. See individual products for pricing details.

What shipping methods are available?
We have 3 shipping options - which all have tracking numbers. Photos of your dress can be taken before shipment.

How long does it take to make my dress?
Depending on the complexity of your chosen dress, and seasonal availability of materials, it usually takes 2-8 weeks for the handmade dress making process. Refer to individual listings for time estimate.
Do dresses come with petticoats to make them puffy?
No. Dresses are sold without petticoats. If you need one, please message us to include in your order for an extra cost.
What currency are the products displayed in?
Pricing is displayed in US Dollars, which will be converted to your local currency when you pay securely at checkout using your debit/credit card or with PayPal.
Will the dress look exactly like the photos?
We commit to using the same fabrics, style and shape that were shown in the photos for your wedding dress. Each dress is made uniquely by hand and not mass-produced in a factory! Therefore two wedding dresses will never be exactly the same because the placement of the ornaments (lace, beading work, etc.) and seasonal availability of fabric may differ slightly. Please also allow for a slight difference in color due to the lighting conditions between the photos and reality.
For glitter dresses, please expect some initial shedding due to the nature of glitter fabrics. We recommend you give it a good shake before wearing and never wash it using a washing machine.

How do I get in touch?
What if i lose/gain a few kilos/pounds?
Usually, if you drop a few pounds or gain a bit of weight, the dress will still fit you well. This is because we always use fabrics that are stretchy and easily fit your body. Many dresses have a lace-up back so you have a bit of leeway there as well.
If the difference in weight is too big, we recommend you have the dress altered by a local seamstress who can fix the size professionally.
We also won't be held responsible for any incorrect information supplied, or any size changes that occur during the production process. If you realize your size has changed during the process, please immediately contact us, so we can fix the dress before it is shipped. Extra charges might be required depending on the changes needed. But we guarantee the surcharge will be reasonable.

do you accept return or exchange?
Due to the nature of custom dresses with custom measurements, we do not accept returns. If there's a problem with your order/package, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for delay of your communication.

Do you sell in bulk?
We offer discount if you buy in large quantities (>10). Please contact us using the contact form for more details.
Can i pay in installments?
Yes, we can offer split payments. Please contact us via the contact form or "Message us" button on this website.
CAN I cancel my order?
Please immediately get in touch if you want to cancel the order. Minimum cancellation fee is $25 plus PayPal fees (depending on whether we have already started or ordered the materials). Generally if we have already started, it's not possible to cancel.
